About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for customer-side non-technical roles at Turing. This role focuses on high-volume talent sourcing, capacity planning, and fulfillment across multiple client requirements in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple customer-side non-technical roles (3–4 concurrent requirements).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Delivery and Talent Fulfillment teams.
  • Assess talent supply, identify gaps, and activate external sourcing channels as needed.
  • Oversee capacity planning and hiring ramp-ups to meet client timelines.
  • Partner with Delivery Leads to align on requirements and expectations.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in recruitment delivery, talent operations, or global staffing.
  • Strong expertise in high-volume sourcing, pipeline management, and onboarding.
  • Experience with client-side hiring models and stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive).

Preferred Experience

  • Data Annotation or marketplace-based hiring experience, including high-volume talent sourcing and onboarding.
  • Exposure to capacity planning tools or hiring dashboards.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
