A tech company is seeking a Talent and Culture Business Partner to support talent-related activities focused on company culture. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years experience in business partnering, strong communication skills, and knowledge in AI applications in HR. This role is remote, allowing for flexibility in work environment while interacting with teams across the US and Canada.

This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States, however, preference will be given to the San Jose Bay Area.
The purpose of the Talent and Culture Business Partner is to support a variety of Talent related activities focused around company’s culture. This focused work may be centered around talent development and programmatic work in the areas of compensation, performance management, employee relations and compliance. You will interact with team members from varying parts of the business and at all levels.
To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills. You are detail-oriented, execute your daily work with a sense of urgency and feel highly accountable for the work you are responsible for. You have an unequivocal commitment to confidentiality and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you also have strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and can identify areas in Calix’s processes or documentation that can be improved.

The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

104,700 - 157,600 USD Annual
Select US Metros and States:
91,000 - 137,000 USD Annual
Other US Locations:
81,900 - 123,300 USD Annual
