Responsibilities
  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Applying creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through market research, networking, and relationship building
  • Coordinating with recruitment agencies and search firms when needed
  • Representing the company professionally to candidates and external partners
  • Supporting managers with job descriptions, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations
  • Conducting regular updates with hiring managers on progress and staffing priorities
  • Staying informed on market trends and providing talent landscape insights
Qualifications
  • Advanced English (B2+) — written & spoken
  • Proven experience 2-3 years in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Experience with high-volume hiring or fast-paced environments
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
  • Proficiency in internet-based research & professional networking platforms
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — specific platform knowledge is a plus
  • Background hiring for product or tech teams is an advantage
