  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct interviews assess candidates and make recommendations for hire.
  • Build & manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Attend job fairs job centres and other recruitment events to source the best possible candidates.
  • Promote a culture of diversity inclusion equity and belonging within our company.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities.
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to ensure consistency and best practices across all recruitment
Qualifications

  • Have proven experience in high-volume / bulk recruitment in high turnover environment (Ex. Customer service Production).
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian job market.
  • Have a high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Possess strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Are skilled in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Approach challenges with a quick clever and solution-oriented mindset always ready to think outside the box.
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities and demands.
  • Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.

The Playtech Managed Services Talent Acquisition Team works across two continents to provide partnerships to the business and ensure a best-in-class consistent full-cycle recruitment process. The team has 3 members in Europe.
