What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand hiring needs and write job descriptions
- Build and manage a comprehensive pipeline of passive and active candidates
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for new hires and specific cohorts
- Track and report hiring statistics across requisitions to ensure compliance with recruitment policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a tech startup or communications agency
- Exceptional interview skills and ability to provide a consistent candidate experience
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and best practices in recruitment
- Familiarity with university recruitment and selection processes
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve results
