What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for corporate and contract-based positions
- Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned with upcoming contracts and proposals
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support the evaluation and optimization of the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to identify job requirements and ensure consistent hiring practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within or for the federal contracting environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create an engaging candidate experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Professional certification such as AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), SHRM‑CP, or PHR
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote workforces
- Experience supporting OCONUS recruiting within or for small to mid-sized government contractors
