What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within or for the federal contracting environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create an engaging candidate experience
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Professional certification such as AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), SHRM‑CP, or PHR
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote workforces
  • Experience supporting OCONUS recruiting within or for small to mid-sized government contractors
