What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Train and develop hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies and processes
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for healthcare roles
  • Collaborate with Operations and Human Resources to meet recruitment objectives
  • Manage the applicant database and ensure timely reporting of recruitment metrics
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of recruitment and retention plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (4 years) in recruitment or human resources
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred
  • Willingness to travel in-state/out of state for training, job fairs, and corporate meetings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills for effective updates and collaboration
