What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Utilize expertise to attract, assess, and hire top talent for the organization
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Train and develop hiring managers on recruitment strategies and processes
  • Ensure proactive partnership with operations and human resources to meet recruiting objectives
  • Manage applicant database and coordinate reporting requirements as outlined by the Director of Talent Acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (4 years) in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred
  • Willingness to travel in-state/out of state occasionally for training, job fairs, and/or corporate meetings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure alignment and transparency

  • Experience recruiting for roles in fast-paced or crisis situations
  • Proven success in partnering closely with HR Business Partners to achieve recruitment goals
  • Creative ideas for building relationships and community awareness
  • Experience organizing and leading job fairs and community events
  • Willingness to provide support or coverage for fellow Talent Acquisition Partners as needed
