Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise to attract, assess, and hire top talent through effective recruitment strategies
- Train and develop hiring managers on recruitment processes to achieve objectives
- Develop creative, geographically specific recruitment strategies for healthcare positions
- Partner with Operations and Human Resources to meet or exceed recruiting goals
- Manage applicant database and coordinate reporting requirements as outlined by the Director of Talent Acquisition
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (4 years) in recruitment, human resources, or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred
- Willingness to travel in-state/out of state occasionally for training and job fairs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure transparency and alignment within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced or crisis recruitment environment while maintaining composure
- Proven success in partnering with HR Business Partners to achieve recruitment goals
- Creativity in building relationships and community awareness, particularly in the Rochester area
- Experience organizing and leading job fairs and community events
- Ability to provide support to fellow Talent Acquisition Partners when needed
