Responsibilities
  • Utilize expertise to attract, assess, and hire top talent through effective recruitment strategies
  • Train and develop hiring managers on recruitment processes to achieve objectives
  • Develop creative, geographically specific recruitment strategies for healthcare positions
  • Partner with Operations and Human Resources to meet or exceed recruiting goals
  • Manage applicant database and coordinate reporting requirements as outlined by the Director of Talent Acquisition
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (4 years) in recruitment, human resources, or related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred
  • Willingness to travel in-state/out of state occasionally for training and job fairs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication skills to ensure transparency and alignment within the team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced or crisis recruitment environment while maintaining composure
  • Proven success in partnering with HR Business Partners to achieve recruitment goals
  • Creativity in building relationships and community awareness, particularly in the Rochester area
  • Experience organizing and leading job fairs and community events
  • Ability to provide support to fellow Talent Acquisition Partners when needed
