Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in recruitment or human resources.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Attract, assess, and hire top talent through effective recruitment strategies
  • Train and develop hiring managers on recruitment processes to achieve objectives
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies for nurses and CNAs to meet hiring goals
  • Partner with HR to identify and solve recruiting and retention challenges
  • Manage applicant database and reporting requirements accurately and timely
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in recruitment or human resources
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and job fairs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven experience in maintaining composure under pressure in fast-paced environments

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate updates effectively prior to meetings
  • Experience in partnering closely with HR Business Partners to achieve recruitment goals
