What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with universities, colleges, and external organizations to promote career opportunities and attract entry‑level talent
  • Represent the company at nationwide recruiting events, info sessions, and career fairs
  • Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Manage requisitions and candidate documentation using the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track and analyze data related to emerging talent initiatives and other assigned projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on attracting early‑career talent
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and attend hiring events in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Jobvite experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Industry experience in construction, engineering, or a related field
  • Background in emerging talent programs, campus/college recruiting, or military hiring
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
