What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with Hiring Leaders to understand internship requirements and share qualified candidates
- Become an expert on the employer's value proposition and internship program to attract top talent
- Qualify and engage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle while supporting hiring decisions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to source candidates for full‑time positions
- Assist with additional recruitment initiatives as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Experience recruiting in a rapid growth high‑tech environment
- Familiarity with Workday’s ATS is a plus
- Self‑driven and highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
