Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies
  • Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a dynamic or startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms to enhance recruitment processes
