Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates for various roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business roles
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies
• Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic or startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms to enhance recruitment processes
• Strong understanding of employer branding and community engagement strategies
