Technical Talent Acquirer

We are seeking a remote Technical Talent Acquirer for our team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles. Proactively source and engage technical candidates through various platforms and channels. Develop targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic and filters. Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement using internal systems and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent through platforms like Recruiter and other sourcing channels.

They will also build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.

Requirements
  • Excellent English skills - both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Proven experience using Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search, technical keyword targeting, and sourcing best practices.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior experience sourcing for North American-based companies, and experience in a growth-stage or entrepreneurial organization.
