Roles & Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support decision‑making.
  • Develop creative and compelling job advertisements to enhance the employer brand.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and related documentation.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to talent acquisition processes and practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring teams on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to LYB policies and practices, and ethical standards.
Data Driven
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Analyst or in a similar role.
  • English Fluent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Familiarity with ATS SuccessFactors‑SAP and other HR and Recruiting software.
