Overview

Tableau L2 Administrator Analyst

We\'re looking for a Tableau L2 Administrator Analyst. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring the continuous availability, high performance, and security of our Tableau Server.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical operations, including installation, upgrades, patching, and backup and recovery (DR) management.
• Resolve critical incidents (L2/L3), perform root cause analysis (RCA), and actively optimize the performance of dashboards and platform resources.
• Manage the entire security framework, from user and permission administration to advanced authentication (AD/SAML) configuration, ensuring strict access control.

Qualifications

• Experience with TSM and tabcmd, strong troubleshooting skills for platform issues (refresh failures, slowness).
• Practical experience with Windows Server and/or Linux required.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Key Advantages

• Tableau Server certifications, experience in Tableau Cloud or hybrid environments, and knowledge of analyzing the internal repository via SQL.
