CI&T Software S.A. is seeking an AWS Systems Architect in Brazil to lead the design, development, monitoring, and delivery of Gen AI and ML use cases for a US financial client. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and squads to deliver secure, scalable systems and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires advanced English communication across diverse teams, with responsibilities spanning architectural decisions, diagrams, and mentoring.

• Experience with Gen AI and/or Machine Learning.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with multiple teams to help define and implement scalable and secure solutions.
• Define business metrics and link it to use case implementations.
• Partner with Solution Architect & Squad Leader to deliver reliable and secure solutions balancing business impact and technical restrictions.
• Participate in the delivery, design, and defense of technical and architectural solutions to solve different business problems.
• Capture the agreed Solution Design in diagrams for team and client reference.
• Capture and record architectural decisions.
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Lead, train, and inspire your team through knowledge sharing and guidance.

We are looking for an AWS Systems Architect to help us deliver complex ecosystems & products for a US financial company. In this position, you will lead the design, development, monitoring, and delivery of the Gen AI and Machine Learning use cases. You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English to communicate with these different teams during the workday.

Your mission:

• Interact with multiple teams to help them define and implement scalable and secure solutions;


• Define business metrics and link it use case implementations;


• Partner with Solution Architect & Squad Leader to deliver reliable and secure solutions, balancing between business impact and technical restrictions;


• Participate in the delivery, design, and defense of technical and architectural solutions to solve different business problems;


• Capture the agreed Solution Design in Diagrams that the team and client can consult.


• Capture and record architectural decisions.


• Ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are met;


• Lead, train, and inspire your team through knowledge sharing sessions, day-to-day guidance and feedback.
