Accenture seeks a skilled Requirements Analysis and Application Design professional to gather and document business and technical requirements, shaping scalable solutions. You will drive design activities, align with architecture standards, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will mentor junior staff, lead workshops, and engage with cross-functional teams to optimize requirements lifecycle and design quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application design.
• Strong expertise in Requirements Analysis and Application Design.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Conduct design reviews and assess application performance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on requirements analysis, design methodologies, and best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery frameworks.
• Experience in stakeholder management and technical leadership activities.
