What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, implement, and manage energy and sustainability programs for a key client account
• Identify opportunities for energy reduction across multiple sites and propose actionable projects

• Produce monthly and quarterly energy reports outlining progress toward sustainability objectives
• Act as a subject matter expert to educate stakeholders on energy and sustainability topics

What is Required (Qualifications)

• University Degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
• Advanced knowledge of energy conservation measures in commercial real estateStrong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in written and numeric work
