A leading company in information technology services is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator in Londrina. The role involves leading a support team, resolving technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualified Technical Support Coordinator to join our team.
You will be responsible for leading our technical support team to provide excellent service and resolve all technical issues.
Coordinate the call center team and evaluate performance.
Ensuring timely and accurate customer service every day.
Control all activities performed by support employees.
Manage service calls, generating metrics and improvements.
Knowledge in Office suite tools (mainly excel) Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Basic programming language, Knowledge of SQL - database.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
