Qualificações

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a tech-savvy, service-oriented professional to join our team as a Support Analyst I, offering high-quality technical support while helping improve internal systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal users via the companys ticketing platform;
  • Review support requests and route them to the appropriate team when necessary;
  • Continuously contribute to system improvements aimed at automating and optimizing workflows;
  • Offer first-level support and configuration for corporate tools and software;
  • Manage user access: create, modify, and remove user accounts as needed;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs;
  • Gather feedback on processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Ensure excellent user support and meet SLA standards for ticket resolution.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in IT support or technical customer service;
  • Basic knowledge of hardware (assembly, simple diagnostics) and software (Windows OS, Office Suite);
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong customer service mindset;
  • Analytical ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues;
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and propose improvements;
  • Fluent or native in Mandarin;
  • Advanced English (B2/C1 or higher);
  • Theoretical or practical knowledge of automation tools scripting, RPA, automated testing);
  • Strong logical reasoning for technical challenges and scenario analysis.
Nice to have:
  • Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.
