Overview

Provide analytical and technical Supply Chain support for your assigned product portfolio, geography, and functional scope.

While working independently, performs Supply Chain activities, which may include demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.

  • Monitor and report on Service Level KPIs (Backorders, LIFR, OTIF, Cost to Serve, Forecast Accuracy, ABC curve, lead time).
  • Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
  • Monitor transport orders.
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through process improvement.
  • Support sales teams with planning and operational tasks.
  • Maintain CRM, including workflow, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Manage backlog orders.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis.
  • Conduct analysis using analytical models.
  • Research and identify the most cost-efficient shipment methods and procedures.
  • Develop inventory management processes and procedures.
  • Follow up on the S&OP process.
  • Manage consigned materials.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Follow up with suppliers to meet deadlines
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in area related to business, supply chain management, logistics, systems engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, particularly JDE.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Intermediate Spanish skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience in customer service
