A leading beverage company in São Paulo seeks a Supply Chain contributor to manage invoicing processes and order deliveries. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, be fluent in Portuguese, and possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Join the Supply Chain team as a key contributor, working collaboratively across various areas of Supply Chain and partnering with departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to support and enhance the supply chain management process for the Brazil market.
Process invoicing for both regular and promotional goods, ensuring accurate generation and handling of fiscal documentation.
Manage customer order deliveries in alignment with established processes, commercial terms, and delivery timelines.
Request, receive, analyze, and execute client instructions to ensure complete and accurate documentation, minimizing errors throughout the invoicing process.
Perform goods receipt transactions using the ERP system (MIGO).
Create and monitor transfer orders between plants.
Support and participate in cyclical physical inventory counts.
Collaborate closely with the commercial team and distributors to align priorities and resolve delivery or invoicing issues.
Partner with the Supply Chain team on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Update the providers cost validation sheet (GLSU)
Perform inventory validation reports.
Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of combined education and work experience.
Must be fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written.
Problem-solving skills with a heavy emphasis placed on the ability to diagnose and solve problems.
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of business associates.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work with speed and accuracy within established timeframes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform and adapt in a rapidly changing environment as necessary.
Demonstrated commitment and ability to work necessary overtime to ensure successful accomplishment of assigned tasks.
Strong Microsoft office skills
SAP experience
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Strong information technology aptitude
Diverse logistics background (Production Planning / Inventory Planning / Operations Management / Distribution Planning)
