Are you excited to start your career with SAP? Take a step to become a member of the CBS 3rd Party Team.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to join an operational role, take over a new topic and make it their own. With rigorous training provided, you will have an opportunity to become a valued member of the team and an expert in the topic of supplier management.

LOCATION: São Paulo, SP

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The 3rd Party Management team is responsible for the operation of Billable Service vendors across the globe, providing resources to fulfill our customer’s projects.

Every supplier working with SAP needs to be periodically evaluated to ensure SAP’s Security and Compliance standards are continuously being met, as well as their delivery performance meets the expectations of our customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible to guarantee a smooth operation of the “Third-Party Risk Management” and “Supplier Performance Evaluation” processes, coordinating and supporting the involved suppliers and internal SAP colleagues.

Together with your team members, you track and monitor the status of the individual risk assessments, provide status updates to management, and initiate escalations.

As a member of our team, you:

  • Guide & advise Project Managers along the third-party process.
  • Work as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and the supplier, guiding and supporting them throughout the whole process.
  • Track of the status of the risk assessments, communicate delays, and initiate escalations. Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively involve and inform all required stakeholders.
  • Ensure fast & compliant external 3rd Party purchasing and work closely with Business Stakeholders as well as with the Global Procurement Organization and Compliance Functions.
  • Steer the supplier performance review through questionnaires and internal interviews, supporting our Global Procurement Organization during the performance assessment.
  • Contribution to active knowledge exchange and involvement in the internal risk management community.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accreditation (or close to graduation).
  • Experience in roles comprehending partner, supplier or customer management.
  • Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory. Working experience within a cross-country working environment is preferred.
  • Extremely detailed-oriented, organized, and great communication skills (both oral and written).
  • High level of integrity and ethical approach to doing business.
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba and SAP’s ERP system are a plus
