Qualificações

• 5-10 anos de experiência profissional, com mínimo de 5 em posição similar.
• Experiência em supervisão de instalações / pátios.

• Promover a conscientização sobre segurança em todos os níveis.

As the HSE supervisor, the services holder will demonstrate and execute a number of activities as described below.

Main Duties:

1. To ensure full sites compliance to the Project HSE Management System.
2. To ensure that site personnel have the required HSE competencies and that HSE trainings are performed as planned.
3. To develop, as required, additional HSE procedures/instructions at site level.
4. To ensure that the Sub-Contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments, is implementing properly his Contract HSE Plan and Objectives, is safely, properly and timely performing his activities.
5. To inform the Subsea HSE Lead of the need of changes to the Construction sites Plans or Procedures.
6. To assist the Subsea lead in the resolution of specific HSE areas of concern; HSE reviews and risks assessments.
7. To monitor and perform the regular reporting issued.
8. To ensure the follow-up of HSE indicators (KPI's) and tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the Contractors.
9. To participate in HSE Committees and other Package HSE events.
10. To regularly participate in other package HSE worksite audits / visits / tours.
11. To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility.
12. To promote safety awareness at all levels through exemplary and pro-active attitude with Project team, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
13. To ensure promotion and implementation by site construction personnel of the Company Ethics, “Code of Conduct”, Project Safety Culture and H3SE policy, rules and regulations.
14. To adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding Company Ethics, “Code of Conduct”, Project Company/Contractor Safety Culture and H3SE policy, rules and regulations.
15. Ready to adopt a flexible work approach.
16. Initiative-taking and able to work without supervision.
17. Good team player.

Communication:

1. Have good communication and interpersonal relation skills.
2. Advanced cross-cultural influencing skills for work with personnel of varied nationalities and backgrounds.
3. Have the ability to transfer his know-how and “savoir-faire” to Worksite HSE team.

Requirements

1. Professional Experience (years): from 5 to 10 years
2. Experience in similar position (years): minimum 5
3. Experience in facilities / yard supervision
4. Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
