About The Team/role

We are looking for a results-oriented Strategy and Planning Senior Analyst to join our team. This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Strategy, with a strong focus on execution, performance tracking, and cross functional coordination to support the company's growth priorities across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate is a senior analyst with a hands‑on approach and strong analytical skills, responsible for structuring planning cycles, tracking key metrics, developing analyses and business cases, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with impact. This role requires the ability to translate strategic guidelines into clear action plans, support senior stakeholders with reliable insights, and drive continuous improvement in planning and operational routines.

In this role, you'll be...

• P&L Leadership & Business Partnering: Own and oversee P&L performance across multiple BUs, acting as the key financial bridge between Operations, Growth, Commercial, and Finance to define and track short-, mid-, and long-term topline targets aligned with growth priorities.
• Strategic Execution & Insight Generation: Translate complex quantitative data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership, driving structured problem-solving and ensuring the end-to-end execution of high-impact business initiatives.
• Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Accuracy: Build and maintain dynamic financial models, projections while closely monitoring forecast vs. actual performance to refine assumptions, optimize predictability, and model business drivers like seasonality and pricing.
• Planning Cycles & Strategic Initiatives: Support core planning rituals and OKR frameworks by consolidating cross-functional inputs, running performance deep-dives, and collaborating directly with Strategy teams on ad-hoc analytical modeling.
• Data Governance, Analytics & Reporting: Ensure rigorous data quality across planning systems and build scalable dashboards to deliver executive-level presentations and reliable insights for rapid decision-making.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

• 6-10 years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or Business Operations, preferably in high-growth or complex environments;
• Solid experience in P&L management, financial modeling, and business partnering, working closely with Finance and cross functional teams;
• Strong analytical and data driven skill set, combined with structured problem-solving and sound business judgment;
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support decision making through insights and clear recommendations;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear and actionable messages;
• Advanced English is required;
• Background in data is a plus.
