As a Strategy Franchise Integration Manager for South Cone, you will be responsible for supporting and challenging the region (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia & Paraguay) in implementing the Strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level.

What You'll Do for Us
  • Orchestrate the local Long-Range Planning process across the system and lead the key results target setting and insights sharing.
  • Participate with a key role in ABP process : align and contribute in the overall strategy, Roadshows, insights sessions, strategy and forecast key business results (in coordination with Finance and other relevant functions).
  • Maximize the network within other Strategy teams and vendors to deliver key insights to the local business.

Develop deep dives to identify granular opportunities and create actionable initiatives at local level.

  • Collaborate with Franchise Unit and Commercial & Customer Leadership to course correct execution strategy in the Franchise territory and at the market level.
  • Ensure analysis tools to ensure performance understanding in collaboration with Platform Service.
  • Develop actionable and compelling commercial insights, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Use a fact‑based, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies, and leading‑edge solutions to boost local / granular commercial strategy with actionable commercial levers.
  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas both locally in the OU and globally.
  • Project Management and Strategic Processes leadership.
  • Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders.
Communication Focus
  • Strong negotiation, influence, and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value‑based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (often directly with Bottler and Company leadership).
  • Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging at all levels of the System.
  • Comfortable with indirect influencing and indirect managing / coordinating.
  • Capable to work and adapt within a multi‑cultural environment.
Relevant Experience Required
  • 10+ years of Business and / or functional experience in Operation / Strategy related areas.
  • Experience working with Nielsen, Scanntech and / or Kantar Worldpanel data.
  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
  • Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
Key Knowledge
  • Solid business acumen skills: ability to translate data and insights to contribute to key business decisions making.
  • Advanced Excel (must have).
PowerBI and other Data Analytics tools (will be a plus)
  • Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop a holistic approach in creating strategy.
  • Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence, and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action‑oriented storytelling.
  • Organization and focus: prioritize through a pragmatic fact‑based approach, handling trade‑offs, balancing immediate and long‑term priorities.
  • Problem framing and problem‑solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
  • Systemic thinking: Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
