Databricks is seeking a Partner Strategy & Operations leader to scale our partnerships function. You will combine analytical insight, business acumen, and cross-functional partnerships with leaders across the company while partnering with the Partnerships VP to set strategy and long-term goals.

The Partner Strategy & Operations team supports Databricks' robust ecosystem of Cloud, SI and ISV, working with the Databricks Partnerships team. Our team is laser focused on driving operational scale in an extremely high-growth environment. We empower our stakeholders and senior leadership with the insights, tools and decision criteria to inform proactive, effective, and data-driven programmatic strategies.
You will be in a critical and visible position, playing a key role in scaling the Partnerships team's strategy. In this role, you will combine analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders across the company while partnering with our Partnerships VP to set a strategy and medium/long term goals for the business. You will then lead the execution of many of these initiatives, building scalable processes, building consensus, and supporting all of it with proactive data-driven insights and analysis along the way. You will work with our Partnerships, Sales, Product, Finance, Data, Legal, Commercial, and other GTM teams. You will report to the Director of Partner Strategy and Operations.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $162,900 — $223,950 USD
Zone 2 Pay Range
$146,600 — $201,500 USD
Zone 3 Pay Range
$138,500 — $190,400 USD
Zone 4 Pay Range
$130,300 — $179,200 USD
