Accenture Argentina busca un profesional en Tecnología Strategy & Advisory para asesorar a empresas en su estrategia tecnológica y digital. Se espera que el candidato tenga un título en ingeniería o MBA, y experiencia en tecnologías transformadoras y metodologías ágiles. Qualificações

• Profundidad de conocimientos en tecnologías transformadoras con más de 3 años de experiencia.
• Experiencia liderando programas tecnológicos grandes con más de 5 años.
• Experiencia en dominios de estrategia tecnológica (al menos uno).

Responsabilidades

• Asesorar a empresas sobre su estrategia tecnológica y digital.
• Optimizar la alineación de inversiones tecnológicas con resultados comerciales.
• Diseñar modelos operativos para tecnología y servicios.

Tech‑Driven Growth Strategy

Our clients call us when they want to create new technology‑based revenue streams, have a major business event and are questioning how technology can best be used to respond (acquisition/divestiture, EPS miss, activist investor, change in c‑suite leadership), or have doubts about the ability for technology or the IT organization to deliver value.

Help clients ensure that technology investments are aligned to business outcomes – revenue growth or profitability increase – and transparently communicate the value of technology to the business through data‑driven cost transparency, tracking tech spend and allocation of dollars to initiatives, products and business units. Advise and provide transformation assurance services focused on legacy system elimination and reduction in technical debt, to allow for holistic and composable enterprise architectures. Offer cost‑takeout solutions for utilizing technology to maximize enterprise efficiency and effectiveness by shifting spend away from the ‘old’ and adopting flexible mindset for managing platforms.

Tech Operating Model and Organizational Design for Technology

Help clients drive improvements in technology product/service quality, agility, and cost in concert. Provide a clear, consensus‑driven blueprint for the holistic set of enterprise capabilities required to create, deliver, and maintain technology‑enabled products/services to meet business strategy and customer experience expectations.

Bring industry‑specific context to determine how technology is harnessed and measured to create digital customer experiences that differentiate from competitors and design the products and services that will deliver those experiences.

• Enterprise Operating Model design for Tech. Services / Tech Operating Model / IT Operating Model Design / Product Operating Model
• Operating Model for Gen AI and ML powered Tech

• Tech Career Model Design with Defined Competencies and Career Paths

• Tech Scorecard/Performance Metrics (OKRs aligning work to outcomes)
• Tech Operating Model for M&A or Tech Separation (Carve‑Out)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed): Engineering careers, would be preferred - MBA may be a plus.
• High proficiency of English (level C1 required)
• Consultancy background is a plus.
• Deep knowledge regarding transformative technologies (+3 years)
• Experience leading large technology programs/transformations (+5 years)
• Experience on Tech Strategy Domains (at least one of them)
• Experience on AI/Gen AI adoption (+1 year)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies for Program Management (+5 years)
