Manager – Revenue Growth Lead / Business Development Strategy Rio, Brazil

This senior role is responsible for shaping and executing a data-driven business development and sales strategy within a fund administration environment. Working alongside the CEO, you'll lead strategic growth initiatives, optimise pipeline performance, and drive sustainable revenue across priority markets.

Design and execute a commercial growth and sales strategy aligned to long-term business objectives

Use sales analytics, dashboards, KPIs and pipeline data to guide decision-making and forecasting

Lead and develop a high-performing business development team

Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including complex, high-value client engagements

Translate fund administration capabilities into compelling, client-focused solutions

Oversee RFPs, proposals, pricing models and deal governance

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance and Compliance

Provide executive-level reporting, insights and recommendations

Ensure adherence to governance, risk, regulatory and CRM requirements

Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and technology enablement

What makes you the perfect candidate?

8–10+ years' experience in business development or commercial leadership within investment management, fund administration or financial services

Strong understanding of fund administration services and regulatory frameworks

Proven success delivering data-led sales strategies and revenue growth

Advanced CRM and analytics capability (Salesforce, Excel, Power BI or similar)

Commercially astute, strategically minded, and highly credible with senior stakeholders

Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills

Comfortable operating in a complex, regulated environment

Willingness to travel occasionally
