Design and execute a commercial growth and sales strategy aligned to long-term business objectives
Use sales analytics, dashboards, KPIs and pipeline data to guide decision-making and forecasting
Lead and develop a high-performing business development team
Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including complex, high-value client engagements
Translate fund administration capabilities into compelling, client-focused solutions
Oversee RFPs, proposals, pricing models and deal governance
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance and Compliance
Provide executive-level reporting, insights and recommendations
Ensure adherence to governance, risk, regulatory and CRM requirements
Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and technology enablement
What makes you the perfect candidate?
8–10+ years' experience in business development or commercial leadership within investment management, fund administration or financial services
Strong understanding of fund administration services and regulatory frameworks
Proven success delivering data-led sales strategies and revenue growth
Advanced CRM and analytics capability (Salesforce, Excel, Power BI or similar)
Commercially astute, strategically minded, and highly credible with senior stakeholders
Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Comfortable operating in a complex, regulated environment
Willingness to travel occasionally
