A leading education organization in Brazil seeks an ISP LATAM Strategy Associate to support regional leaders through strategic analysis and school improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with the CEO Office, deliver insightful strategic reviews, and help define clear priorities for schools. This position requires 2-4 years of data analytics experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. The organization promotes a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
The ISP Strategy Associate will support our regional and school leaders in LATAM and play a key role in turning our Schools into Schools of Choice by working on strategic analysis for each of our schools in the region. They will be responsible for preparing and coordinating high-quality strategic reviews of schools, supporting the definition of school-level and regional strategies, and contributing to other strategic reports for the Group.
This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesize complex information, and the capability to develop clear, actionable recommendations. The Strategy Associate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO Office, ensuring that strategic insights and reviews directly inform school improvement and regional growth.
