We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to lead our market intelligence and go-to-market (GTM) activities.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute our strategy.

Your primary focus will be on driving business growth in the Latin American market for our Water Quality business.

You will work cross-functionally, leading projects and implementing effective solutions to achieve our organizational objectives.

Your ability to work with complex data and scenarios will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive business analysis:

  • Articulate the organization's strategy regarding key growth markets, customer segments, and technologies.
  • Develop and take ownership of addressable market size, growth, and share, competitive positioning, and customer insights frameworks.
  • Participate in the strategic planning cycle by providing valuable insights.

2. Lead voice of customer (VOC) and market research:

  • Conduct VOC research and market studies to evaluate current and future market conditions, competitive products, services, pricing practices, and changing customer dynamics.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear and compelling market and customer storylines.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on research outcomes.
  • Create customer personas and support customer experience surveys, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and others.

3. Drive vertical business growth:

  • Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy for the assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement the GTM strategy effectively.

4. Support growth opportunities:

  • Contribute to the development of business cases for both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

5. Foster our DBS culture:

  • Serve as an internal influencer to promote a culture that values data-driven decision-making and prioritizes customer needs.
  • Leverage our Business System tools to understand and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree and MBA required.
  • More than 5 years of experience in strategy, marketing, product management, business intelligence or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data and synthesize insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present research findings effectively.
  • Strategic and growth-oriented mindset with a bias for action, collaborative working style, and customer centricity required.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead projects effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key growth markets and customer segments.
  • Previous experience with suppliers of analytical instrumentation and / or reagents for analysis laboratories and / or industrial / environmental processes will be considered a differential.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.
