Qualificações

  • Previous success in autonomous BD roles or outside professional experience (entrepreneurship).
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills for CEO and executive interactions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and variable hours.
  • Extraordinary work ethic, proactive, and urgency-driven.

Job Title:

Strategic Business Development Lead

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong strategic business relationships with decision-makers of software companies, M&A advisors, and private equity / venture capital professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in autonomous BD roles or outside professional experience, including 3+ years in Business Development / Sales at a software company or client-facing M&A / finance role.

Your primary objective will be to develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM and create market maps to build strong relationships in assigned software industry verticals.

You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly M&A targets, such as meaningful contacts and measurable KPIs. To achieve this, you will work closely with M&A leadership to qualify M&A opportunities efficiently and ensure accurate lead database allocation within portfolio verticals.

Additionally, you will effectively qualify top-end opportunities for Portfolio Managers.
