Job Description

We are hiring a Strategic Alliances Associate Director to act as the principal liaison between our Company and its strategic manufacturing partners. The successful candidate will possess a broad, cross‑functional perspective, demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority, and proven expertise in end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management.
This role is based in a global, matrixed environment and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact, partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities and external contract partners we create an interdependent global manufacturing network dedicated to deliver a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe.

Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for key strategic external alliances in Brazil within the manufacturing organization.
  • Handle onboarding of new alliances and lead post-deal and day-to-day alliance activities to shape and achieve strategic objectives of the alliance.
  • Establish clear communication lines across the partnership, anticipating, and resolving potential issues, negotiating ancillary agreements and amendments and overall ensuring the highest quality relationship possible.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the company, pull in subject-matter experts when needed and successfully lead the partnership through the life of the alliance including strategic shifts and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
  • Fluent Portuguese language skills;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Prior experience in contract management — essential
  • Prior experience with PDP is a relevant differentiator
  • Experience with increasing responsibility in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Science and Technology, Global Procurement, External Manufacturing, Lean - Six Sigma and/or related business areas;
  • Experience leading cross functional teams is essential;
  • Previous third party commercial experience is strongly desired;
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing organization and leadership, collaboration, and communication skills;
  • Candidate must be accomplishment oriented, possess a "business owner" mentality, possess the ability to influence without authority, and demonstrate the ability to effectively operate in an ambiguous/changing environment;
  • Availability to work based in São Paulo/SP.
