Crocs Brasil Comércio de Calçados LDTA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will manage opening/closing, inventory controls, pricing integrity, and store presentation to meet business goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail operations or supervisory roles, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays under CLT regulations.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and achieving business objectives.
• Take responsibility for store operations, opening/closing, and key control when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor team performance and coach to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead daily activities to ensure execution of the CHARM customer service model.
• Maintain store presentation, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and pricing integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Serve as a role model for associates with guidance, support and leadership.
• Foster a positive team environment promoting engagement and accountability.

Overview

What You’re Do

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and achieving business objectives.
• Assume responsibility for store operations, opening and closing procedures, and key control when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead daily activities to ensure execution of the C.H.A.R.M. customer service model.
• Maintain store presentation standards, inventory accuracy, replenishment processes, and pricing integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Act as a role model for store associates by providing guidance, support, and best-practice leadership.
• Assist in creating a positive team environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and performance

What You’re Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles. Candidates must provide employment history verification through the gov.br platform (Carteira de Trabalho Digital) as part of the hiring process.
• Strong customer service and sales acumen.
• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays, in accordance with applicable labor legislation (CLT) and with payment of any legally required premiums.
