What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary technical lead for key merchants in a new geographical market, building trust and long‑term relationships
  • Project manage and provide technical guidance for new integrations and post‑launch initiatives
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to establish account strategies based on business goals and sell solutions to prospects
  • Quickly resolve critical technical issues for clients and coordinate multi‑departmental efforts to address complex challenges
  • Offer early feedback to engineering and product teams while iterating on new products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 7 years in a client‑facing technical role, such as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Integration Engineer, preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and the HTTP protocol, with hands‑on experience using API testing tools
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding production‑level code, including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and ideally one server‑side language (e.g., Python)
  • Strong grasp of modern web and mobile application architecture
  • Exceptional communication skills, including a strong command of written communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Degree in a technical major (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) or completion of a coding bootcamp
  • Familiarity with the payments ecosystem
  • Knowledge of web/mobile application architecture
  • Comfort with writing code in at least one programming language
