The ideal candidate has deep expertise in diverse tech stacks, AI integration, and scalable architectures, with the ability to influence product directions across teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 5 years of full stack development across backend such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and frontend with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

The Search Content Understanding (SCU) team provides the foundational intelligence layer that connects unstructured text to named entities and open domain concepts. We build the systems that understand and resolve entity references across all forms of content, from billions of web documents and user queries, to real-time Large Language Model (LLM)-generated text.

As Search evolves into a generative experience, the key to making AI responses trustworthy and actionable is accurate entity grounding. By identifying the exact entities and concepts within a generated response, our systems enable dynamic UI interactions, anchor facts, and seamlessly connect users to deeper journeys across the broader Google ecosystem.
