About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Project & Program Manager to join our Application Excellence Team, supporting Business Units and P&L solutions with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes and Brazilian localization initiatives.

You will oversee end-to-end project execution, align business and technical stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions that add real value to the organization.

📍 Location: Contagem or Belo Horizonte (BH), Brazil

🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site

📌 Location is more important than seniority

Technical Skills

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as Project & Program Manager (Agile and/or Traditional methodologies)
• ERP experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Hybrid position
• Solid background in software development and architecture, with the ability to drive technical decisions
• Fundamental knowledge of: Information Security, Databases (including PL/SQL), Cloud Computing (AWS)
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to define project scope, qualify demands, and execute strategic roadmaps
• Advanced English

Certifications (Nice to Have):

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile or similar certifications

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of Procurement to Pay and/or Supply Chain processes
• Background in Railroad industry/projects
