Key job responsibilities

• Drive consistent and efficient execution of projects / programs by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive the adoption and implementation of global standards in processes and programs
• Streamline project delivery across Finance by developing standard communications, execution and documentation, ensuring consistent, scalable global processes
• Ensure on-time delivery of FinOps PMO commitments through the planning, execution and monitoring of project / program work within the team
• Hire and develop a team of program managers to achieve best-in‑class planning, execution and operational readiness
• Manage escalations timely in an effort to remove roadblocks impeding project delivery
• Drive continuous process improvement by collaborating with stakeholders on solutions that enhance business performance and achieve established goals
• Establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external business and technology partners
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Amazon's products, business models, payment and billing architecture and financial operations

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience supporting accounting / finance customers to set and effectively manage expectations, project deliverables, and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
