What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the development of proposal materials and manage the entire proposal process from coordination to interview
• Collaborate with Marketing teammates and Client Leaders to create effective pursuit strategies
• Develop and update marketing materials, including resumes and presentations, adhering to brand standards
• Conduct marketing research to support market and office strategies
• Manage and maintain proposal filing systems and ensure high-quality content delivery

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role within a professional services firm
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
• Ability to drive large and complex pursuits independently
• Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, writing, and design
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, Sharepoint, Open Asset, and Miro
