What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage staff and oversee consultants in the Learning and Organizational Development team
- Design and develop instructional materials, including courses, videos, and job aids for various learning environments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and colleagues to enhance instructional design and communication strategies
- Lead the development and implementation of the team's communication strategy, creating materials such as infographics and newsletters
- Utilize multimedia tools and assess knowledge gaps to inform instructional design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years related work experience in relevant areas
- Experience coordinating and leading projects
- Proficiency in MS Office, Articulate 360 or similar platforms, and Adobe
- Experience responding to HR‑related inquiries from employees and management
- Strong background in database management, report production, and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced understanding of video production and graphic design
- Experience managing staff and/or consultants
- Familiarity with interactive platforms such as Mural
- Experience facilitating live virtual events
- Multi‑lingual skills and cross‑cultural experience appreciated
