We’re looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer who will thrive on turning operational complexity into flow. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s as comfortable on the plant floor as in a meeting with leadership—someone who can see the system end to end, pinpoint constraints, and drive meaningful, measurable change.
You’ll work directly with leadership and line employees in operations, transportation and engineering to identify bottlenecks, stabilize core processes, and unlock breakthroughs—like a 25% increase in capacity or a 15% improvement in availability—by applying practical problem‑solving, structured improvement tools, and relentless curiosity.
Ideal candidates for this position will be located on the West Coast and will travel to and partner with our facilities across the US up to 30% annually. Applicants who are located on the West Coast will be given priority in screening and consideration.
