Job Summary

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to work in LATAM and Canada Digital Experience Team.

As SFMC Engineer your primary focus will be on building solutions that address key business needs using SFMC Development Also it is expected familiarity with other technologies and methodologies such as Salesforcecom Development Full Stack Development API Management Test Automation DevOps Agile SCRUM Reliability and Security to enhance collaboration within the team

This position is to attend LATAM and NA projects within the Business Units and you will work with the LATAM Center manager

• Build roadmaps for assigned platforms
• Ensure technology stack standard methodologies automation scalable design and programmatic standards
• Propose ideas for innovative ways to improve assigned technology platforms
• Serve as an inspiring collaborator for our engineering community
• Software development and engineering
• Interact with Business Partners to implement and automate marketing journeys including templates development

Qualifications

Education

University Degree is required Bachelors or Technologist

Experience and Skills

Required

• Proficiency in English with strong skills in both written and verbal communication
• 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
• Experience working with agile software development teams is required
• Must have good planning organizational and decisionmaking skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Results driven quick learner and a selfstarter required
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge Email Specialist Certification required
• Experience with HTML CSS SQL AMPscript Javascript and Email design Best Practices
• Experience in creating automation and maintaining automations data extensions and connector data transfer process in Marketing Cloud
• Experience in Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and other MS office tools required
• Understanding of CANSPAM email regulatory compliance GDPR CCPA
• Understanding of Salesforcecom technologies and platforms Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Connect functionalities
• Understanding of crossbrowser and frontend development issues and render testing ie Litmus or Email on Acid
• Knowledge of SOAP APIs REST APIs and integration techniques
