Role Overview:

The Business Analyst – Product Designer is a key member of the design team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. While the primary focus is on Service Sales CRM solutions, this role also provides exposure to a suite of enterprise applications. The BA transforms stakeholder visions into functional features, documents requirements, and works closely with development teams to bring solutions to life.

Responsibilities
  • Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
  • Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
  • Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
  • Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users.
  • Assist with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Need to be Successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
