NetCracker Technology is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Telecom OSS domain for Service Order Management Services. You will take a lead customer-facing role within the Project Delivery Organization, identifying solution and product needs during the requirements gathering, design, implementation, training, and testing phases of the project.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customer business stakeholders to identify operational pain-points, advise on process/business rules optimization, provide industry best practices for respective process domains and take collected input to produce project deliverables
- Work collaboratively in a team of business analysts on system requirements, use-cases and solution design documents for B2C Services provisioning OSS Solution
- Lead requirements/design deliverables review and signoff process with customer
- Analyze customer’s business processes and network topology
- Prepare gap analyses, citing differences in customer requirements and product functionality
- Perform product demonstrations as necessary to introduce the customer to the product
- Develop and support a collaborative relationship with the technical team and end users from the customer side
- Participate frequently in on-site visits required by the implementation/support plan for varying periods of time
- Work closely with delivery team to ensure functional and non-functional completeness of the solution
- Decompose business requirements into set of use-cases and functional requirements
- Review and assess customer issues and change requests and screen them according to customer priorities, contractual obligations, and NetCracker business approaches
- Assist with UAT process to improve user’s experience
Experience and Requirements
- 5+ years of sufficient technical knowledge to understand high-level architecture and technical requirements around OSS solutions.
- Strong customer communications skills
- Strong and solid background of telecom technologies – IP Core services, network backbone, Access network
- Strong business analysis background, preferably in an internet/software development company.
- Strong and solid background in Service Catalog and Order Management
- Organizational skills, able to work simultaneously on a number of assignments when required.
- Knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to work cross functionally to drive the accurate capture of requirement, resolving and closing down issues and information shortfalls as and when they appear.
- Experience of working with Agile methodology
- Ability to collaborate and solve challenges.
- Proven experience of successfully working within transformation projects, or projects with an environment B2B product
- Availability to work in hybrid mode from office
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
