Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a SQL Engineer to join our Internal Engineering team and help build our lead generation platform. You will work on MS SQL development, optimize complex queries, and ensure data quality across very large databases.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or local currency. You will collaborate with a global Top 1% talent pool and enjoy mentorship, career growth, and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MS SQL Development.
• Proficient with analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Experience working with extra large databases.
• Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and improve complex SQL scripts.
• Fix database performance issues and ensure that best practices are followed.
• Diagnose complex database setups, and communicate clearly through its resolution.
• Monitor database health.
• Identify process improvements, develop solutions, and coordinate efforts with other key team members.
• Identify and triage system issues and work with our development team to drive resolution.
• Facilitate training for the development team.
