The mission of the role is to lead the Specifications team in Brazil, ensuring a high volume and quality of specified projects, with a focus on the effective conversion of projects into sales. The role combines strategic vision and technical-commercial execution, developing relationships with builders, installers, and distributors, and positioning Etex as a benchmark in dry construction systems.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the team of specifiers and hunters, promoting an agile and results‑oriented model.
  • Capture and manage the pipeline of projects in Sao Paulo, the South and Minas Gerais, focusing on a conversion rate above 50%.
  • Develop strategic relationships with designers, architects, engineers, and professional associations.
  • Drive the development of strategic products and innovative construction systems.
  • Ensure Etex´s participation in associations and technical entities, advocating for the company´s interests.
  • Implement tools such as Salesforce and Project Pack, migrating the working model toward greater volume and scalability.
  • Represent Etex in the technical market, ensuring the competitiveness and innovation of our systems.
What you’ll bring
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience in dry construction (drywall) and technical-commercial application.
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian technical standards and performance tests.
  • Experience in negotiation and relationship building with builders, installers, and distributors.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Advanced management of Salesforce, SAP, and Excel.
  • Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish desirable.
  • Key competencies: hands‑on leadership, resilience, strategic vision, proactivity, cross‑functional influence, and results orientation.
