Title and Summary

Specialist, Talent Sourcing

As a member of Mastercard’s Talent Discovery Team, you will support the development of diverse talent pipelines and contribute to multichannel outreach efforts that help meet Mastercard’s hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent sourcing, eager to learn advanced techniques, and comfortable working with modern sourcing technologies.

You’re a fit for this role if you have experience in recruiting or sourcing, are highly organized, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment with strong digital and social media skills.

Responsibilities
  • Use Boolean search and explore AI‑enabled sourcing tools to identify talent aligned with Mastercard’s job openings
  • Build and maintain organized talent pipelines using ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing platforms
  • Screen and vet potential applicants and provide a best‑in‑class candidate experience
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns
  • Support talent nurture initiatives and events
  • Contribute to employer branding through social media engagement
  • Follow standardized sourcing processes and ensure accurate documentation in all systems
Requirements
  • Prior professional experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, ATS, and CRM systems
  • Exposure to AI‑powered sourcing tools and automation technologies (e.g., candidate matching, automated outreach)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Experience using social media for talent engagement
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in English and experience sourcing across different regions; fluent Spanish is a big plus
