Job Title: Specialist, Sales Support (Trilingual SPA/ENG/PRT)

Job Description: The Sales Support Specialist provides support to the internal and external sales team by relieving them of administrative or related work. Uses intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of product and service offerings to support customers and sales teams. Enhance the effectiveness of the sales process by ensuring the highest standards of sales quality are consistently met across our Brazilian operations. This involves monitoring, evaluating, and training to optimize sales performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Audit and evaluate sales calls and communications to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop quality improvement strategies based on audit findings, focusing on enhancing customer experience.
  • Provide constructive feedback and tailored training sessions to the sales team based on identified gaps.
  • Work closely with sales managers to refine sales processes and implement best practice guidelines.
  • Compile detailed reports on quality assurance metrics for senior management review.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance role within a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced skills in CRM software, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.
