WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join our South America-based Market Reputation team, working alongside a group of experienced marketing professionals across Latin America. This role partners closely with internal marketing stakeholders—including Events, Digital, Editorial, and Social—as well as with global marketing teams and external agencies in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.

You’ll collaborate directly with senior consulting leaders and subject‑matter experts to shape Bain’s presence in media, craft compelling content, and ensure Bain’s reputation is consistently elevated across channels and markets.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As the PR & Content lead for Market Reputation, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing Bain’s public relations strategy in South America, overseeing content development and localization, and driving internal communications initiatives. You’ll own the editorial calendar, manage relationships with media agencies, and measure campaign performance to ensure quality and alignment with our brand priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Develop and execute Bain’s PR and media strategy for South America in close partnership with the Senior Marketing Director
  • Manage relationships with external PR agencies across Argentina, Chile, and Colombia to ensure aligned execution
  • Oversee media presence, press coverage, and competitive tracking, providing timely insights to leadership
  • Coordinate IP‑driven and institutional content for media and internal channels—including localized press releases
  • Lead internal communications initiatives across South America, including Bain News and Friday Share
  • Manage updates to Bain.com and content publishing via Kapost
  • Track Market Reputation KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Support broader team operations and ad‑hoc projects as needed
ABOUT YOU
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, PR, corporate communications, or content development
  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in media relations, press office coordination, and storytelling
  • Strong writing and content adaptation skills across Portuguese, Spanish, and English
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., websites, CMS, internal newsletters)
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Client‑centric mindset and ability to work well under pressure
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment is a plus
